Email Archiving/Tracking:
The Email Archiving/Tracking feature allows email owner to save incoming and outgoing messages for a specified amount of time. The messages are stored under the mail directory in the email user's home directory. Each day, a new directory is generated with the archivetype.YYYY-MM-DD format. All messages for the specified archive type are stored in this folder. The messages can be viewed from the control panel interface, as well as a mail software (e.g. MS Outlook).

To view the email that has been archived, you can either download the archives to your PC, view the messages, as read-only, in your mail software using IMAP and view the messages through Webmail.

BoxTrapper and SpamAssassin™:
The BoxTrapper feature allows you to block unwanted email.

Forwarders:
Forwarders allow you to forward incoming email from one address to another.

Auto Responders:
AutoResponders allow you to send a message in response to incoming email automatically.

Account and User Level Filtering:
Account level filters allow you to create mail filters for your domain's main email account. User level filters allow you to create mail filters for a specific address.
