Q: How much time it will take to setup my account after placing order?
A: It normally takes 6 to 24 hours to process an order and provide login details of control panel which is known as "welcome email". We manually process orders and that's the reason the process takes time and may not be done instantly.
Q: How your technical support work? Can I take support anytime?
A: We provide true 24x7 support through email and helpdesk. Phone & online chat support is available 10.30am to 6.30pm IST on business days (not available on holiday, for example, Sunday and national holiday). In 70% plus cases, we require an helpdesk ticket to work smoothly in order to resolve concern.
