Support Policy


We offer 24x7 technical support through email and helpdesk and that is our primary and only option for all queries related to Sales, Billing, Domain (Registration, Renewal & Transfer), SSL Certificate and Technical. Support on Mobile Phone # listed on our website or email communication is limited to business day(1) for Level 1 questions restricted to those customers who have Web Hosting Plan with this option opted. We would like to make it clear that when we say Level 1, we mean simple questions that can be found in our knowledge base and can be resolved through online control panel.


While we do have in-house support staff who are well trained and knowledgeable, they may not equipped to handle serious technical issues that require thorough investigation. In such cases, it is required by customer to submit a support ticket online by helpdesk or email.

We also offer online live support for sales queries and very limited technical support issues. Please note that live support is fully complimentary and subject to availability of support staff online to answer the Level 1 basic question.

We would like to make the above policy clear upfront to keep our clients satisfied and their expectations to reasonable level before and after making purchase of our services/products.

In any case, we assure you that our support team is highly dedicated and efficient to solve all your queries. We also understand that good and fast technical support is the major factor to make any services/product successful.



(1) By business day we mean, 10.30am to 6.30pm IST on  Monday to Saturday. Except any holiday in India or as communicated by official announcement.
